These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Dental Hygienist London, operating from South Kensington Medical and Dental Clinic, 20 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London, SW7 3DL. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All patients must provide accurate personal and medical information during registration. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or contact details. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the safety and quality of your treatment.
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, or in person. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. Please see our separate Cancellation Policy for full details.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule to avoid delays for other patients.
Before any treatment, our dental professionals will explain the procedure, risks, benefits, and alternatives. Written or verbal consent will be obtained as appropriate. You have the right to ask questions and refuse treatment at any time.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are displayed in our clinic and on our website.
We reserve the right to change our fees. You will be informed of any price changes before treatment.
Refunds for treatments are considered on a case-by-case basis. Consumable items and products cannot be returned once opened.
All our dental hygienists and dentists are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and adhere to GDC standards and guidelines. Our clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and complies with all relevant healthcare regulations.
