At Dental Hygienist London, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. We have implemented this policy to ensure we can continue to provide efficient service to all our patients and minimise wasted appointment time.
A £30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment and the remaining balance is payable at the clinic.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
No rescheduling is permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
| Notice Given | Deposit Status |
|---|---|
| More than 24 hours | Deposit refunded or transferred to new booking |
| Less than 24 hours (cancellation) | £30 deposit forfeited — no refund |
| Less than 24 hours (rescheduling) | Not permitted — treated as cancellation, £30 deposit forfeited |
| No-show (missed appointment) | £30 deposit forfeited — no refund |
